HGTECH's subsidiary, HGTECH Farley LaserLab, has been awarded the title of "National Champion Product in Manufacturing" for its 3D Five-Axis Laser Cut

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the selection and recognition of the eighth batch of Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises, as well as the second and fifth batches of Manufacturing Single Champion Products. HGTECH's subsidiary, HGTECH Farley LaserLab, has been honored with the title of "National Manufacturing Single Champion Product" for its 3D Five-Axis Laser Cutting Machine for Thermal Forming. This marks the third product from HGTECH to receive such recognition.

Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprises are defined as companies that have long focused on specific niche markets the manufacturing sector, reinforcing weak points across critical segments of the industrial chain. These companies possess internationally leading production technologies or processes and command the top global market share in their specific product categories.

HGTECH Farley LaserLab's independently designed 3D 5-Axis laser cutting machine, specifically for thermal forming meets the high-quality and efficient processing needs of components for new energy vehicles. It enables flexible cutting at multiple angles and positions, achieving a cutting time of 50 seconds for B-pillars, with a maximum cutting speed of 18 m/min and a maximum traverse speed of 170 m/min. In recent years, it has become crucial manufacturing equipment urgently needed in the new energy vehicle market. The machine has achieved localization of key components including the 3D cutting head, core light source and operating system, thus establishing a leading position in the domestic market.

 

 

The machine has now been upgraded to its third generation, incorporating over twenty improvements in areas such as bed structure, cutting head, control system, human-machine interface, and product appearance, achieving a leading position internationally.

 

Previously, two core subsidiaries under HGTECH—HGGAOLI and HGLASER, were awarded the title of National Manufacturing Single Champion by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. HGGAOLI received the honor in 2021 for NTC thermistors, while HGLASER received it in 2022 for ultrafast laser precision machining equipment for brittle materials.
