High alloy coiled tubing is one of the most important high-end pipe materials for oil and gas field exploitation in China. Process commissioning is the most critical link in the implementation of the whole project. If there is a problem at the last 1m, the whole steel pipe will be scrapped, so the equipment needs to ensure 24-hour continuous and stable production. During the commissioning process, the equipment had oxidation on the weld surface. After repeated study and judgment by the process engineer, it was determined that the protection device did not match. The team quickly brainstormed and discussed solutions. The next night, they got new parts and components, and solved the problem efficiently. Due to the lack of any reference technology at home and abroad, a variety of problems have never been encountered. The project team meets the difficulties, deeply understands the needs of customers, follows strict construction operation standards, and completes process commissioning with high quality.
“Real gold” can withstand fire refining. In the trial production stage, after 16 or 7 hours of continuous operation of the equipment, the first plate of high alloy metal tube was successfully put off the production line. Subsequently, a series of strict quality tests, including flattening test, flaring test, 8 hours of high-strength water pressure strength test, as well as metallography and corrosion resistance test, all the indicators of the product reached The equipment passed the acceptance test successfully
At present, the stainless steel pipe produced by HGTECH laser welding equipment has been successfully put into the well in the oil field, and has brought nearly ten million new orders to customers.
