On August 1st, the subsidiary of HGTECH, HGCYBER, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Rockwell Automation (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rockwell Automation"). The two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of intelligent manufacturing and traceability, involving automotive, food and beverage, household appliances, electronic information and so on.
